When it comes to service agreements, one size does not fit all. At HTI, our service agreements are customized to our clients’ requirements, not ours. Maintenance Programs are designed to meet the specialized systems requirements of our customers’ varied facilities–from small office buildings to high tech corporate campuses with numerous critical data and communications sites.
In addition to equipment-specific tasking, our customized maintenance programs can include any or all of the following items:
- Filter and belt service
- Chemical Cleaning
- Calibration
- Repair labor costs
- Complete unit replacement
In addition to equipment-specific tasking, our customized maintenance programs can include any or all of the following items:
- 2-4 hour emergency response time
- $10.00 per hour discount on labor rate
- Workmanship guaranteed for 45 days
